For the Trosky team

The grounds are ready. The website should be too.

You've built one of the best-looking sports properties around Lake Travis — and the grand opening is weeks away. Every flyer, story and QR code is about to send people to your website. This concept is our take on a front door that matches the grounds and turns those visits into day passes, founding members and event bookings.

What stays

Nothing you rely on changes.

  • Fluid stays your booking systemEvery button goes to your existing Fluid links — courts, day passes, memberships.
  • Your photographyThe same photos, shown full-size and fast.
  • Your prices & offersDay passes, the $79 founding offer, VIP tiers — as published today.
  • Your crestCharcoal, bone, teal and orange pulled straight from the Trosky logo.

What changes

Five upgrades for launch week.

01

Google and AI assistants can actually read it

When someone asks Google or ChatGPT for “padel near Lakeway” or “birthday party venue Lake Travis,” the answer comes from what those systems can read. The current site is a JavaScript app: the page they first receive is empty until code runs — and most AI crawlers don't run it.

TodayNone of the page's visible text is in the raw HTML — crawlers get a title, one sentence and the builder's badge. No sitemap.
This conceptEvery word ships as real HTML, plus structured data for your location, hours, amenities, the grand opening and FAQs.
02

Fast on a phone — at the courts

Most visitors will open the site on their phone, often on cellular. Several homepage photos are uploaded as full-size camera originals.

Today~107 MBdownloaded scrolling the homepage on an iPhone-size screen — single photos of 20–30 MB.
This concept~2.4 MBfor the whole page, same screen, same photos — sized for each device.
03

One front door, not three

Right now the story lives in three places: the main site, a separate events site on a different address, and Fluid. Here every path — grand opening, court, day pass, founding spot, wedding or event inquiry — starts on one page and hands off to Fluid in one tap.

Today“Explore Event Hosting” sends visitors to trosky-4222.vercel.app.
This conceptWeddings, corporate and celebrations (up to 250 guests) on the main page, with one inquiry form straight to your inbox.
04

Built for the next 25 days

Grand-opening registration is the first button people see, with the date, the hourly giveaways and the 500-guest cap. Further down, the page shows the grounds, the weekly rhythm and what's included before any price — then puts the $79 founding spot front and center, with the cancellation terms right there.

TodayThe grand opening isn't on the homepage, and the $79 offer appears before visitors have seen what Trosky is.
This conceptOpening first, value second, price third — one clear next step at each stage.
05

The small details

Quick wins that make a brand-new, premium place look as polished online as it does in person.

TodayFacebook, Instagram and Twitter icons that link nowhere · the “Padel Courts” card shows a pickleball court · a low-res stock photo for volleyball · a builder badge on every page.
This conceptReal links, real photos, your brand only.

Beyond the website

The grand opening is your best content week of the year.

Instagram is where Lakeway families will check you out before they come — and it's just getting started. We also run social content: a steady rhythm of posts and stories built from what actually happens on the grounds, so October 24 turns into a feed people follow.

Optional, and separate from the website.

Next step

Live before Oct 24.

If you like the direction, just reply to Héctor on WhatsApp. We'll swap in anything you want changed, connect your domain and have it live ahead of the grand opening. After launch, updates stay simple: send us the change by message or email and we publish it.
